About Ford & Mason Ltd
We are a small publishing and consulting firm founded in 1997 by

The consultancy side of the business started when Andrew went self

and networking software, latterly with particular experience in
the Web. He started consulting for Nixdorf Computer and worked
for Siemens, Siemens Nixdorf and Digital Equipment Corporation's
Database Research Centre (all in Munich) before returning to
Bristol, UK in 1993. Back in Britain his clients included:

Britain's principle agency for cultural relations overseas
- The British Library
The national library of Great Britain
- NHBS Ltd
(previously known as The Natural History Book Service Ltd)
The world's largest environmental bookstore
Other projects have included work on intranets and web services
for a Fortune 500 company.

Book Publishing
The main emphasis of our business has been web consultancy but in
May 2001 we launched our publishing imprint Pauntley Press with
our first title Veg: simple, stylish
and seasonal vegetarian cooking, written by Catherine Mason.
We will be publishing Catherine's next book Vegetable Heaven
in August.
Both the directors are published authors.
