NCSA server directive

This directive is only recognized in the server configuration file.  

UserDir { DISABLED  | dir-name }               (public_html)

The name of the subdirectory, in individual users' home directories, which should be searched for private Web pages when a URL thats starts with /~username/ is received.

    UserDir     html_public

Equivalent to the CERN UserDir directive.
